Deposit of one-night room and tax is required for all confirmed reservations. If you booked a non-refundable reservation or a special that requires full payment at the time of booking, a payment of all nights with taxes and fees will be required as a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Check-in time is 2 pm EST and departure time 11 am EST. Any arrivals after 8 pm without prior notification are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change your travel plans, please inform us 10 days prior to your arrival to avoid one-night room and tax charge to your credit card. Should you require an early departure (prior to your confirmed check-out date), an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax apply.
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees.
At this time, we are not able to accommodate pets at any of our properties. Have a service animal? Just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. A $100 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in at the Surf House Resort.
If you had provided us with special requests, they have been noted on your reservation. These requests are very important for us and we will do our very best to fulfill them. Please note that your special requests (including room location, early check-in, etc.) will be honored as long as space allows.
On the day of arrival, a credit card along with valid photo identification of the cardholder must be presented upon checking in. The name on the credit card provided must match the name of the registered hotel guest. At check-in, the hotel will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for your entire stay. In addition, up to 15% of your total stay will be included in the pre-authorized amount to cover incidental charges. A balance exceeding 7 days or $2500.00 will be settled to the credit card on file. Valid forms of payment include: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash and Travelers Checks. Please be advised that personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment.
Please note, if a debit card is used to either guarantee your reservation or used as the final method of payment, the authorized funds per the above will be held until after you checkout. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
One car per reserved room. Please note that all standard rooms come with one reserved onsite parking space and all economy rooms come with one reserved space on our offsite parking, conveniently located one block from the Surf House. If you do have an additional car, please let us know and we are happy to direct you to one of the nearby overnight parking lots.
One free on-site designated parking spot per unit – and one offsite parking spot per unit for Economy rooms. Should you require a spot for additional vehicle we are happy to provide suggestions for local lots that offer overnight parking for a fee, but we cannot guarantee availability.
We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information. We have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and will not provide your personal information to anyone else. When you provide your personal information (name, address, email address, phone number), we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information we have collected from you.
