After a day on NH’s sweet and stunning coastline, you need a place to lay your head, park your car, and even hang your board if you’ve got one.
But not just any place.
The Surf House at Hampton Beach has the crisp, fresh vibes, to enhance your weekend and make your week.
Come to The Surf House to get away, but not to rough it. Wifi, cable, AC, and mini fridges will be in every room, and some of the apartments sport two queen beds and kickin’ kitchenettes.
One block from the Atlantic and one mile from the Wall* The Surf House on Ashworth Ave., literally has it all, and what it doesn’t have, it’s in wicked close proximity to. Across the street from the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, where for more than 100 years live music has met the Strip, and concert goers listened to everyone from Jimi Hendrix to Ziggy Marley.
A Surf House stay will also put you in the thick of spots with great bites and beverages, including some owned by the Fleury Group, your proprietor, itself. Try The Goat if you want your burger loaded and your drink well done. Hit Wally’s for a genuine biker hangout, with just the right amount of rowdy, serious service and rock ‘n’ roll. Want to be right on and above all the action? That would be Bernie’s Beach Bar on Ocean Boulevard, which consistently pulls in some of the hottest grooves and trickiest cocktails, with VIP access.
Wow! We just got back home today from a 2-night stay. First, let me just say that I spent a few DAYS reading reviews of the 100+ places to stay in Hampton Beach. I narrowed it down to just a handful of places that I would follow-up with. Surf House was my first call and they had availability – which was terrific because we decided pretty last minute to take this brief trip. We had never been to Hampton area before. We DEFINITELY picked a gem of a place to stay. The whole experience was terrific from the moment we arrived. It was very easy to get to, large signage made it easy to spot, parking was reasonable for our full-size pickup truck, and the office staff was incredible! The pool was perfect for our toddler who was a little overwhelmed by the ocean. It was just a 1-block walk to the beach and shops/arcades/food places. It was quiet at night – in fact I heard little to no traffic once we settled in for the night. On our drive home we were already discussing our next trip and you bet we will plan to stay at Surf House again! Thank you for everything!!
Though I am writing this as we are currently still checked in, I can happily say that the Surf House is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are immaculate, the pool is amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They even came in and changed our trash, made the beds, and brought fresh towels all while we were at the pool. One of the best parts about this hotel is the proximity to everything. It is extremely close to the strip and the beach, but it is just far enough (about a 2 minute walk) from everything that you aren’t too disturbed at any point in the day. All in all, I cannot fully express how awesome this hotel is. The next time we come down to Hampton Beach, we will definitely be staying at the Surf House!
We stayed last weekend for the Island District release at Wally’s and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Conveniently located short walk to beach and night life. You need to check out the modern beach art in the stairways!! Only place I’ll book in Hampton.
The Surf House exceeded our expectations! The rooms were brand new and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and staff was kind and accommodating. Short walk to bars and restaurants. We will definitely come again!
By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, fantastic design and the staff made us feel at home. I highly recommend this stay if you enjoy a beach feel with a stellar ambience… Cant wait to stay again in a couple weeks
Perfect spot to stay for a trip to Hampton Beach! The rooms are beautifully decorated and all of the amenities are brand new! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is just a quick walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk with lots of great shops and bars/restaurants. The Surf House is definitely my new go to place to stay on the Seacoast
